non-transferable, non-sub licensable license to access and use the Content solely in connection with

Your reservation will be confirmed immediately upon payment. All confirmations are by full payment on a first come first served basis based on availability.
Our cancellation policy is based on the premise that we are an eco resort with a limited number of accommodations and unlike in the case of a hotel with a large number of rooms, cancellations can result in a total loss for the resort, as bookings once blocked prevent anyone else from booking them.
No other refunds/claims of any nature will be allowed. Visitors accept that they are completely aware of the nature and scope of eco-tourism.
The cancellation policy may vary according to seasons and the promotions that are available online.
This Site may provide you with the facility to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to access, certain parts of our Site (“Passwords”). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Passwords and for all activities take place in your account.
